Where can I find available rentals?+

Our furnished basement suite at 11123 13 Street is available now. Our furnished two-bedroom rental at 11121 13 Street is available November 1, 2026. Both are in Dawson Creek, BC. The basement suite rents for C$1,400 per month, and the two-bedroom rental rents for C$2,100 per month. Both include all utilities and internet and have in-suite laundry. A one-year contract gives a C$100 monthly discount: C$1,300/month for the basement suite or C$2,000/month for the two-bedroom rental. See the Rentals section for photos and details.

How do I arrange a viewing?+

Email remulakmangement@gmail.com or call 905-351-2629 to ask about the rental and arrange a viewing. Confirm a viewing appointment before visiting the property.

What should I include in a maintenance request?+

Include your unit or property address, a clear description, when the issue began and relevant photos. Use the maintenance contact provided in your lease or resident information. This website does not currently accept maintenance requests.

What should I do in an emergency?+

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For urgent property issues, use the emergency maintenance instructions provided by your property manager.

Where can I find my tenancy details?+

Refer to your signed lease and any written instructions from your property manager for rent payments, notice requirements, maintenance contacts and property-specific policies.
